We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. I actually like how you did the hair, it doesn't need any more. When you full view, you can see that it actually looks like hair strands, it's great.
The only one thing I could say is that the folds and shading in the dress could be a little more realistic. That would make it perfect. The ribbon works, but the rest of the dress doesn't quite seem to fit.
Though, I couldn't do it, so I'm not really one to criticize.
