It is shiny and awesome.

Okay so, I'm installing new software on my laptop etc.

I have Photoshop and Illustrator CS3, GIMP 2, Inkscape, NekoPaint and Vista rejected openCanvas. (I'm upgrading to windows7 in october-ish.)

My boyfriend pinches Photopshop and Illustrator afterwards, this ensues:

Steven: And I may as well install your tablet software too.
Me (Thinking): What? But he always thought it was a waste of space... And his reaction to hearing the price was, well, priceless. "It cost HOW MUCH?!"
Me: Okay
Steven: *plugs in tablet and installs software* Okay. *opens photoshop* Hmmm. *Starts drawing* Wowwww. 0____0. I like. \^_^/
Me: *Twitch*
Steven: Can I take it home?
Me: *Megatwitch* You want to what?!
Steven: Take it home.
Me: .......... a-no.

So yes, my boyfriend has discovered the tablet. Dear god. Save us all.

One of my friends and fellow students, James, was declared brain-dead on monday morning after a severe head injury caused by falling down the stairs at school.
He seemed to be recovering well but suddenly took a turn for the worse-

Gone.
Extinguished.
Gone.

My heart goes out to his family especially his twin.

Ok, my Windows7 carked so I'm back with XP.

Found Photoshop CS2.

Still snowed under with music. Got singing eisteddfods this week.

I'm getting a new laptop before the September holidays, I'm hoping for 4GB ram, 2.2-ishGhz Duo-core and 512MB Graphics. It's going to be a toshiba because my dad can get one cheap. (I wanted a Dell )-: )

It will be kick-ass, I'm sure.
